Decoration
Printings are already possible for very small quantities. Of course large runs poses no problem neither.
For the printing of articles, we have a number of methods available.
1) Screen printing: The ink is printed directly onto the product through a sieve. The product then goes into the oven and the decor is burned.
2) Transfers: The logos printed on transfer sheets are pasted manually to the correct position. Mainly with small runs and decorations of more than 8 colors.
3) Embossing: Here a logo is made through the use of thick, coarse ink.
4) Lasering: If this is done on the inside and the bottom of a glass, this leads to a sparkling effect.
5) Frosting: This effect is achieved by sandblasting the product.
6) Coating: Products sprayed through this technique are dishwasher safe.
7) UV: Using this technique toughned glasses can be printed without losing their hardness.
